Zhejiang Udeer Robot Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Udeer Robot") attaches great importance to the protection of your personal information. This Privacy Policy aims to explain to you how we collect, use, store, share and protect your personal information when you use Udeer Robot (UDEERAI) and related services, as well as your rights. By using or continuing to use our products/services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the personal information processing activities when you access and use various functions we provide through mobile applications, Udeer Robot cloud platform, hardware devices (including unmanned cleaning robots) and related services. This policy does not apply to services provided to you by third parties, such as third-party services integrated into this product (such as Amap SDK). Such third parties will separately inform you of their personal information processing rules, please review their privacy policies.

2. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

(1) Information You Actively Provide

Registration Information:When you register an account, we collect your name, contact information (email, phone number), address, etc., for account activation, identity verification and customer service.
Feedback and Customer Service:When you submit questions or contact customer support, you may provide name, contact information, device information, problem description and related screenshots/logs.

(2) Information We Automatically Collect During Your Use of Services

Device Identification Information:Including device ID, MAC address, Android ID, (if applicable) IMEI, etc., used for device identification, account security and anti-abuse.
Device and Network Information:Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, network type, IP address, device status information, etc.
Location Information (with authorization):Used for positioning, map navigation, cleaning path planning and other functions.
Log Information:Usage time, access records, function usage records, system activities, error logs, etc.
Albums/Media Library (with authorization):When you use the "upload pictures or videos" function, we only access and collect the selected file content when you choose to upload, for task recording, sharing or after-sales support.
Microphone Audio (with authorization):When you use voice control, recording feedback and other functions, we will collect your voice data, only for command recognition or recording operations.

Note: Device ID, MAC address, Android ID, etc. are personal device information. We only process them within the necessary scope of providing core functions, security protection and statistical analysis.

(3) Indirect Collection from Third Parties

We integrate Amap SDK to provide map and positioning capabilities. The SDK entity is: AutoNavi Software Co., Ltd.; The personal information collected includes: location information (longitude and latitude, precise location, rough location) [obtained through IP address, GNSS information, WiFi status, WiFi parameters, WiFi list, base station information, signal strength information, Bluetooth information, sensor information (vector, acceleration, pressure), device signal strength information], device identification information (IMEI, IDFA, IDFV, AndroidID, MEID, MAC address, OAID, IMSI, hardware serial number), current application information (application name, application version number), device parameters and system information (system properties, device model, operating system). (4) Information Usage Purposes

  • Provide, maintain and optimize services;
  • Implement positioning, navigation, cleaning tasks, media upload and voice interaction functions;
  • Send service-related notifications;
  • Improve product experience, conduct statistics and analysis;
  • Ensure service security, prevent fraud and abuse.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, SDKs or similar technologies to remember preferences, conduct statistical analysis and enhance experience.

4. How We Share, Transfer and Disclose Your Personal Information

(1) Sharing

We will not sell or rent your personal information. We only share within the scope of your explicit consent or legal permission, such as sharing location and related device information with Amap SDK providers.

(2) Transfer

In case of merger, acquisition or asset transfer involving changes in personal information processing, we will require the new holder to continue to be bound by this policy.

(3) Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information when required by laws and regulations, judicial authorities or competent government departments.

5. Cross-border Transfer

Currently, we will not actively transfer your personal information overseas. If cross-border transfer is involved in the future, we will obtain your explicit consent in accordance with the law.

6. How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information

Storage Location:Your personal information is stored on servers within China.
Storage Period:Registration information will not be deleted unless you cancel your account; device identification information, albums/videos, microphone recordings and log information are kept for no less than 6 months, after which they are deleted or anonymized; location information is only kept for the time required to provide services.
Security Measures:We adopt measures such as encrypted transmission and storage, access control, minimized authorization, desensitization processing and security auditing.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete your personal information, withdraw authorization, or request explanation of personal information processing rules, and complain to regulatory authorities. Contact email: bd@udeer.ai.

8. Protection of Minors' Personal Information

Our products allow minors to use them, please use them with the consent and guidance of guardians.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy and indicate the effective date. Major changes will be notified to you through in-app announcements.
